when you pin programs like spotify calculator or notepad and use them it opens my computer folder instead of the app you pin

is there eny solution on this ?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, need more information.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 v2 full version number.
  3. Your issue is Pin programs to Start Panel or to Taskbar?
  4. Do you have any other application that also change/control how your Start Panel/Taskbar/Explorer work?

Start 11 ver  2.11

my issue is when i try to pin to taskbar windows apps like calc notepad and many others if i try to open via the taskbar icon that app it opens my computer folder instead

thank you in advance for your help !

 

issue persists after format 

i have no other apps controling taskbar

May I know what steps did you take to pin an app to the taskbar?

Look like you have something added on to your taskbar, try disable it and see if it work without it changing your taskbar. Also disable any other application/setting that also changing how your taskbar appear.
