Thanks for this Dev Journal! I am currently playing as the CC, and I am wondering where or how I can see if a Citizen is in their Amoeba, Larva, or Nymph state. Do I need a certain Technology or other way to evolve them, or is it just a matter of time? Also, why does the CC get an Executive Order to increase the Food of a planet? They don't rely on Food, or do they? Thanks for your answers!
