Confused about purchase options

Hi

I'm interested to purchase Start 11 and maybe other products too ... however I'm confused about the purchase optin ... Purchase ... Single/Multi device VS Annual Subscription ...]

Is the Single & Multi Device purchase option a once off purchase, where the software will continue to work as lomg as its compitible with the OS, or are they also subsciption based like the Annual Subsciption option, where the software will no longer work after that year has passed if one doesn't renew/extend?

Hello,

For Start11 there is not subscription base license, yet. Currently there are options to purchase Single or multi-device permanent license. And yes, permanent licenses should work forever as long as the OS is compatible with the product.

If you purchase Object Desktop, package, that also come with Start11v2 together with lots of other software. Object Desktop is subscription base license, and the products listed under it do stop working once the subscription lapse.

Thanks for clarifying.

I can't stand subscription based software, so sadly will never have Object Desktop, pity they don't give a one time purchase alternative opton.

Do know that every software pack under Object Desktop do still have permanent license offer under its own.
