Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, from what I remember, I never read similar issue from others on Start11. When did you start having this issue? Was there Windows update done before the issue start? Was there a new software/hardware upgrade to your system.
Need to know more on your system.
- Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe
- Start11 full version number.
- Does the error audio tone come with popup notification?
- Does all the setting no longer work?
- Have you tried uninstall Start11, reboot immediately, re-download Start11 latest, install it, reboot again immediately?
