Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you downloaded the purge files directly from Stardock, it should be fine since the purge is suppose to remove everything about Windowblinds from your system. The results aren't in the least shocking.

To remove software and registry keys you have to elevate privileges for the cleaner and stop processes interfering with/preventing that removal.

As for Sean being harmless? The jury's still out on that.
