A NEW PROBLEM: MOUSE ON SECONDARY COMPUTER DISAPPEARS - GERKS AROUND

I tried EVERYTHING to fix it.  Mouse disappears on secondary computer or it gerks around or the connection goes on and off. 

I have spent days on getting this software to work correctly and I'm really losing my patience!  Can you give me a solution???
