Looks good, but I don't do tobacco. 

Mine:

Naked Noir by vStyler, OD3 ported Naked Noir by messiah1, WSX docks ported by Giz.  composite AI and regular wall from the net put together and blended in Ps.

You have a mix of several skins, but if you have a wb running in the back skinning your weather widget, I'd put my money on League Of Legends by BoXXi
