Images in playlist not roatating

I have a list of 3 images for background and a list of 3 other images as a screensaver in two different playlists. They are supposed to rotate every 15 minute. The images never change. Either I have some setting I don't know about or it is not working right

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Firs, need to know more on your system.

Windows full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe to get it.
Deskscape version number installed.
For the 3 images for background, it is a static image, yes? What is the changing speed set for that 3 playlist?
For the screensaver is also static image? Also same changing speed as the wallpaper set above?

Windows Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3880)

Deskscape version is 11.02

Both background and screensaver images are DeskScape Animated images

I have it set to change every 15 minutes

I also have the sequentially change through backgrounds box checked

Nothing ever changes though

First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
