Today we have a sizeable update which introduces a number of new candidates, Mac support and balance changes detailed below:

Balance Changes - Enthusiasm 

• Enthusiasm rebalanced to make changes in Enthusiasm easier to track during gameplay and refocus Enthusiasm gameplay to be more engaging. 

• Action cards –  

  • Significantly reduced Enthusiasm effects of cards 

  • Endorsement cards no longer have an Enthusiasm bonus 

• Headquarters -  

  • All headquarters rebalanced so tier 1 Headquarters provide 1% Enthusiasm in State, tier 2 Headquarters provide 2% Enthusiasm in State, tier 3 Headquarters provide 3% Enthusiasm in state.  

  • Voter Registration Center updated to provide 2% Enthusiasm in state, no bonus to adjacent states. 

  • Mobilization Hub updated to provide 3% Enthusiasm in state, no bonus to adjacent states. 

  • Get Out The Vote Nexus updated to provide 4% Enthusiasm in state, 1% bonus to adjacent states. 

• Debates   

  • Decreased the Enthusiasm impact from Debate results. 

• Primaries Caucuses   

  • All pre-Super Tuesday Caucuses now give 2% Enthusiasm to winner of the caucus. 

  • All Super Tuesday Caucuses now give 1% Enthusiasm to winner of the caucus. 

• Enthusiasm Fade  

  • Candidates cannot have less than 5% Enthusiasm in a state  

  • Reduced Enthusiasm decay from 1% per turn to 1% every 2 turns. 

Custom Candidates 

• Added ability to edit descriptions and titles for custom candidates. 

• Uploaded candidates will now also have titles and descriptions written into the description automatically. 

Gameplay adjustments and Quality of Life improvements 

• General 

  • Optimized the candidate select screen for better loading time. 

  • Fixed VPs getting stuck in a single state. 

  • Removed the Rough Landing event. 

  • Fixed AI vs AI mode to prevent player actions. 

  • Lessened difficulty levels on Easy, Beginner, and Normal
