Strangely, when I tested on my Windows 11 system which also on the same build number as yours and same setting as you post above. I don't see the issue. Refer my screenshot below. Maybe some other software causing the cut off? Try uninstall, reboot immediately, download the latest Start11v2.08 (just released), Install it, reboot again, test it and report back.
