I have had Fences on my desktop PC for years. Last October, I bought it for the laptop, as I was away from home. It worked fine until I upgraded later to fences 5, then it kept nagging for passwords and would not accept my Fences 4 or F5 numbers.

When I got home, my Desktop sub was about to expire, so I bought an F5 5-pack on March 24 to cover both machines, but only installed it in the Desktop PC.  It immediately started reminding me my Fences would expire in 5...4...3...days. Today, 4 days since installation, it did not nag me but dumped all my icons into one fence.  Old Fences snapshots still exist, but clicking on them does not restore layout. How do I get my layout back?

Complicating things slightly, I bought 5-pack twice on the 24th (did not realize it went through the first time), Both are listed under auto Payment subs, but only one is in fences' My Downloads.

I am running win 10 22H2.
