Thanks Sean. I will open a ticket. But, I did not fully understand your comment. So, are you confirming that if an existing user who has a classic subscription can extend the subscription but that it will be an automatic renewal in the following year and the terms of classic subscription would still be valid with respect to using the products i.e., I can use the products even if my subscription expires/lapses?
Thanks.
The absolute only difference between how a Classic Object Desktop sub works now versus the past is how it's billed - full stop. How if functioned in the past, that if it had lapsed, the version of the Software you had will still function and activate as it always did. As in the past, what it will not do is activate new major versions of the software. For example.
Your Classic Sub (CS) expired 12/30/2023. Fences 4, that was an active version of Fences when your sub was active will function and activate until the sun explodes. Fences 17, however, will not. If you renew your CS, Fences 17 will then activate. If you let your CS lapse yet again, Fences 17 will activate until the heat death of the universe. What you will not be able to activate is Fences 18 unless you yet again renew your CS..
