It is not a Windowblind, its a Theme For Win 11, i did mark it as a Theme in my original post on the last page. This is the flip side of the customising world, were as WBs need Start 11 to give the full skinning effect, Themes also need two programs working side by side StartAllBack (in place of Start11)and a Theme Patching tool like UltraUXThemePatcher and Theme to replace WBs. Many places on the net source, create and sell Themes, many genuine, created with care and skill, but also some places steal from other Theme sites and re sell on others work as there own.
My Usual word of warning before Doc jumps on me Ha Ha .
Themes can invalidate any warranty as system files are patched, themes are not for beginners, as using a theme created for one OS may not work on another OS, or can even give Black Screens and become un bootable, i know what i am doing so can recover from this should it happen, beginners , stick with the safe option Windowblinds.
