It says my email is invalid for my start11 key, even though it's the exact email I bought it with, and it says my version of start8 can't be installed so I can't upgrade. Please help
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to confirm. Which version of Start11 v1 or v2 you're trying to activate? Also, if its Start11 v2, you already purchased Start11 v2 upgrade, yes?

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the product not receive option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
