the problem with bootskin

Some call me crazy, others call me an idiot, but most call me Travis.
I think I might have found out why bootskin files aren't importing correctly. If the maker of the bootskin has a different version of windows (for example the spanish version) it won't work. The folder program files is names archivos de programs or something to that nature. Since bootskin saves the whole folder structure it won't install correctly on a computer of a different language then the one it was created on.
