Just took this new choice and wow, my stats increased exponentially, I now have stats in the high 20's, 30's and even 40's, as much as I like an unfair advantage this is too much and should be scaled back LOL
Reported the same thing yesterday. Must be a glitch in the code. Take a look at what it did to your citizens too!
They'd never add something so game changing on purpose. Unless it was a test and we passed
