Policies stop working in 1.65

Just FYI, it appears that all policies cease to work after reloading the game. Admittedly I've only tested this with two so far but it definitely is at least the case with The Great Expansion and Fast Exploration. Fast exploration in particular was bizarre because when I loaded up my game, all of my ships showed the standard (no policy) max ship HP but they all still had 1/2 actual current HP, and so every one of my ships was literally on fire. Also no ship had the speed bonus. In the case of the Great Expansion, the growth bonus was not there for my planets. When I swapped these policies out for one turn and then put them back, they started working again.

I've confirmed this with some more policies. Space Dock Stimulus (I think that's what it's called), Research Grants, and Heart of the Empire.

Another strange one that I'm having a hard time replicating, but I definitely am not getting all of my anomalies. The red exclamation mark doesn't appear and so I can end my turn without getting the anomaly popup, and I get no benefit from the anomaly at all if I do that. I reloaded a game where that happened, and the survey events are in the upper left, but I can't interact with them. I wonder if I could have before I reloaded. Anyway, I'll try to make this happen again.

Re: anomalies, this is definitely a thing. If two or more survey ships complete their surveys on the same turn, none of the anomalies are get-able. The completed event notices appear in the upper left, and when you click on them they take you to your ship, but there's no red exclamation mark, and you finish your turn and still nothing.

This is I guess now my 1.65 bug thread because I have a leader who says she's "cheap, lower recruit cost" when clearly the opposite is the case, and there's a human leader pic now that's just a head with no body. Lol.

Do not have a save but can confirm this happens.

Some times the award pop-up does not show, sometimes the award is not given.

Thanks for taking a look, but I think you misunderstand the issue. This is after you save, and then reload. It 100% does not work. None of them do. You can swap them out, and then exit the policy screen, then go back and swap them back in and they start working again, though.
