Please try this, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), reinstall Start11 latest. Reboot again after. Retest and report back.

I did the following action:
Uninstall (did not check remove settings), immediately rebooted, installed the 1.47 beta, input my license (by loging into account), rebooted. Issue remains the same.
I will PM you a video of this issue.
