Windows Key pulls up Windows Start Menu

This is an old bug that has reappeared

I just updated to 1.44 today. Before 1.43, I had an issue where pressing the Windows Key brought up the OG Windows 11 Start Menu as opposed to the Start11 menu. This seems to have returned.
