(Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 64-bit)
I bought Groupy 2 excited about the new features, but was disappointed to find that the only thing that I bought was the colored highlight bars -- and even so they don't always load automatically.
One new issue I found is as follows:
I have a group which hosts my Messaging apps -- Zoom, Whatsapp, MS Teams, and Discord. Discord is actually a Chrome window in "app" mode (no Chrome bar)
The problem is that when I open a different Chrome instance, Discord jumps out of its group and creates a new group with the new window. This happens regardless of whether Chrome has the "background processes" turned on or off. I put Discord back on its group. The next time I open Chrome, it creates a new group with the previous Chrome window, which is not what I want. Note that I do NOT have the "auto grouping" setting on. I even added "automatically exclude chrome from auto grouping" and that doesn't work. Apparently the second Chrome window now took ownership of my "Messages" group.

Another issue I have is that saved groups do not always work. I tried to save the previously mentioned group (Teams + Zoom + Whatsapp + Discord in Chrome), and the shortcut only opens the windows but does not group them. What's the use of this Groupy feature then? I believe this was the case in version 1.5 as well. I'm attaching the group code below.

In conclusion, I feel really dissappointed by having paid more money for the "upgrade". I got a software that looks a bit prettier, but has no extra functionality and has more bugs.
