Hello
when i install a new software, the icon (shortcut) moves top of screen left to right en right to left infinitly (reboot does nothing)
It's a bit annoying
Solution is to disable fences, delete the icon, and activate fences again.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try this: Create new a Fence and create a Fences rule so that all new icons that come into the desktop will automatically move into that Fence. You can than move those icons to any other Fences.

Hello Stardock - Can't Fences be tweaked to prevent this irksome behavior?
You can try disable "Auto Arrange Icons" on your Context Menu (Right click on desktop), View->
