GalCiv4 Typos

I have gathered information about a lot of typos in GalCiv4. Instead of posting all the typos here, they are all in a document in Open Office format. It should be easily opened in Word.

Lord Verga is wrong.  It seems to be left over from GalCiv3.  The typo is in two places.  The one shown is in FactionText.xml.

The other location also seems to be left over from GalCiv3.  It may not be used in GalCiv4.  The file is Mercenaries_FactionText.xml.
