Windows 11 Explorer Background Tabs

I really like this theme, but the inactive tabs in explorer are next to impossible to read. It doesn't appear any of the color options when editing the theme fix this. Is this something that is possible to change? Maybe in the registry?

It is the Ice by danioc theme that comes with the software by default

I have checked via skinstudio. That theme is not yet update for Windows 11 with Explorer tabs.
