Feature Request: Additional Taskbar OLED friendly options like solid black, no visible thin strip/border on auto-hide etc. (useful to non OLEDs too)

The OLED bunch tend to be paranoid about what's on screen for a long time.

I know there are some other 3rd party apps  (ButterySmooth TB?) to do this, and a full transparency option in Start 11 can simulate this, but it would be nice to have these baked into Start 11.

I think internally Windows has some default restriction on pure black taskbar and stuff, requiring some other work-arounds.
