i just ordered a license for 1 pc. I was also shown the license number. But I don't get any email about it. in the order history or under downloads here on the website there are only errors.

But its in your account now forever so you good.

another 2 questions.
1. My Fences 3.0 is a 5-license-key. But when I buy Fences 4 I can only upgrade for 1 pc? Is there no option to update with 5 licences?
2. What does this mean in my Fences 4 Key. "This serial is valid for multiple licenses."?
Fences3 to Fences 4 is not an update it's an upgrade
upgrades have to be bought .
So your Fences 3 with 5 Lic. is still good .
Fences 4 with be for 1 or 5 Lic. depending on what you purchase .
