I am using a beta version of windows and Start 11 1.24 - I am fairly certain this has been happening for a while, but has anyone experienced the entire taskbar going unresponsive during explorer file transfers?

What is the full numbered version of Windows your using ( use winver.exe ) for that info .

a reinstall fixed it, I removed all settings to be sure, but ofc it wiped out my previously pinned tiles

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version from your account page , Reboot , test and report back please.

Sorry the Purge would of saved those , different than a regular un install/reinstall
I apologize, it didn't do it. Is there a way to undelete the settings? Maybe a folder I can search for in an undelete?
