I came in this morning to find most (not all) of my desktop items gone. Itried to restore from a snapshot and nothing changes. I uninstalled and then re-installed the software (V 18.104.22.168). The issue remains. The 1st snapshot is what my desktop looks like currently. The 2nd snapshot is what my desktop SHOULD look like.

Did your PC wake up from a sleep or a complete Reboot

My PC doesnt "sleep", it was locked. It has been rebooted multiple times while uninstalling and re-installing Fences.

Reboot and ReInstall the latest version of your v3 unless your thinking of upgrading to v4.
Reboot , test and report back please.
Purge is different than a regular uninstall .
I followed the steps as you requested. Nothing changed. After running the purge and uninstalling, I installed the latest version. I tried to reload from the correct snapshot (as indicated in the original post) but it loads the one with 90% of my icons/files missing. Even though it looks correct in the backup folder.
I have forwarded your report to the Stardock support team for their review and recommendations.

Is there anything in common with the missing icons? Same drive? removable storage? Network drive?
