Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please use this guide to get to your products and keys. https://forums.stardock.com/484254/getting-your-products-and-keys. There are alot of time, there is typo while entering your email address or they send your product download link and key to your paypal's email account. Try those and do let us know if you still need our assistance.
