Windows 10 had a great new feature: named groups of programs on the Start menu. Windows 7 didn't have it, and Windows 11 has lost it. Here's what I mean:

It's brilliant. Also, the 'All Programs' list is permanently displayed.
HOWEVER, it has one shortcoming: it can only show tiles, not icons, in the groups. Medium tiles (as above) show the program titles, but waste a lot of space. Small tiles save space but don't show the program title:

MY REQUEST/SUGGESTION: please enhance the W10 Start menu by letting groups contain icons (with their text).

I think this is the best way to display a lot of programs. Microsoft agree: they've gone back to icons for W11. Unfortunately, W11 has other features missing from Start which render it no use to me.
If you could allow the Stardock version of the W10 Start menu to show icons (as well as tiles), that would be totally brilliant. Perhaps you could offer something like this.

W10 groups and permanent 'All Programs' list, combined with W7/11 icons, would be the perfect Start menu! Instead of Stardock giving us back what Microsoft has taken away, this would be Stardock doing it better than Microsoft.
