Happens in versions 1.0 and 1.1
Starts at the bottom next to the start button at first use after a reboot but then at some point (but soon) jumps to the top of the screen never to return until a new reboot.

How many screens do you have and do you use ObjectDock or DisplayFusion?
Also when the menu animates in, does it slide down or slide up when that happens?

Three screens
Yes Object Dock (but with the following set to make it work fine with W10 and 11)
It slides up
Still doing it in 1.11
