Aujourd’hui, j’ai essayé de payer 16,08 $ pour le logiciel Start11 avec ma carte de crédit, et chaque fois que j’ai saisi les données requises, les informations sont apparues selon lesquelles le paiement n’avait pas été effectué en raison d’une erreur. J’ai contacté ma banque pour vérifier s’ils bloquaient le paiement mais el m’a confirmé que le montant n’apparaissait pas chez eux.
Veuillez vérifier et me dire ce qui s’est passé.
