Start11 V1.0 on Windows 11 when the taskbar is pinned to the top of the page, the mouse over that describes what the button is for covers the button and prevents it from being used. For reference, when pinned to the bottom the description appears above the button. It makes the taskbar basically unusable when pinned to the top of the page unless I can be fast enough the click before the description appears.

Is your taskbar set to autohide?
Yes, it is.
When not set to autohide the description falls below as expected. Of course, the reason to autohide is forfeit if it can't be used.
