3. With that resolved, I went to open Fences from the Start Menu and the Fences Settings feature popped up. From there, I even ran it as administrator to make sure.
You never want to do that, it will result in Windows Explorer asking for permission for many things.
If you do a purge, reboot, and reinstall Fences 3.13, do you still have issues?
