I think I meant to ask about the EditorDeskScapes.exe program. That's what runs when I click on Create Animated Background in DeskScapes. I discovered that I can run that program by double-clicking on it, but if I do it that way, it loads up the default background instead of whatever background I choose in DeskScapes. That's okay though because I can always select a different background. Thanks for the suggestions, they were helpful.
As for the animation part, I tried the copy & paste thing I asked about in a previous post & it was almost what I wanted, except it rotated the whole image instead of only the globe part when I tried the glass ball effect on that image. I was thinking I may need something like Blender, but I never used that before, so I'm not real sure how that works.
I only make these dreams as a hobby & all, so I wouldn't wanna have to buy some expensive professional product like After Effects or a similar product to animate what I want to animate. I'm not sure if there's any kind of 3D/2D animation effect that would let something in a picture spin, jump, etc. built into the DeskScapes Editor program. I just wanna be sure I'm on the right track with this & all...
