Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to be clear. You did the "Purge and restore" and the issue was resolved? And the problem reappear just recently? If so what has change between "it was working" and "its no longer work? Driver update? Software update? Install new software? Do you have other software like Open Shell, Classic Shell, Startisback etc etc?
Would also like to know information below :
- Windows 10 full version numbers. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
- Start10 version installed.
- Any other relevant information.

Not been responding because...just now, it happened again.
Its been working for a very long time now actually, but just now its the same problem after I just rebooted my computer.
Im using Windows version 19041.804.
Start10 version: 1.96 right now
I have not done any sort of driver update, installed other software etc (that I know of atleast, I cant guarantee this tho). I dont have Open Shell or the other programs you mentioned.
