Can't create a restauration point

Windows 10 Start10 (emulate windows7)

 

I can't find the menu to create a restauration point

Not really sure what you're trying to do. Create a restoration point for Windows 10? Please elaborate.

I try to create an RESTORATION POINT on Windows 10 under Start10, before I make an Backup form my system.

But I don't find the menu.
