I tried the older versions as well - they worked correctly several months ago .. but now it’s strange - they all do not work correctly with the background. I repeat, I reinstalled Windows many times, deleted the program using different uninstallers. nothing helps . I live in Russia .

Reply 1 is a perfect example of the purge answer being overused. In this case, it was totally unnecessary as the issue wasn't a bug. Even I know Windows 10 doesn't support textures on the explorer background.

Is this what StarDock recommends the forum support to do? I've also seen when someone files a ticket StarDock points them to the forums and they explain their problem with a ticket number here to wait for a response. I guess there is no in house support.
