I have purchased Fences Software two Years back with an my work email and it was working well until I installed a new windows to my machine, need to have the software again and every time I enter the product key with the same email account, an error window pops up that this is invalid email with the product key..
Many times people will make a purchase with one email address, and then activate the product key with a different email address and then forget which email address they used. To help find the email address that is assigned to your product key, please visit the Order History page at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/orders .
If you have not created a Stardock Account yet, you will need to do so and you should create it with the Email Address which you used when placing your order. Once, you have successfully created and validated your account you will be able to login and view your Order History page.
On the order history page you will want to click on the link for "Download Product Key Status (.csv)". This will download a text/csv file that you can open with NotePad or Excel. This file will display the keys associated with your purchase and the email address that key was associated to.
