Folder Column Gripper and Directory Bar Mouse Over Colors

Those are both modified in SkinStudio. In Edit Controls, Edit Toolbar Controls, Normal Toolbars you would edit the Button images. In Edit Controls, Edit Scrollbars, Horizontal Scrollbars you would edit the Background image. Do the same for the Vertical Scrollbars image. You can also edit the Drag Bar images, those are actually the "Gripper" images.
