HumbleBundle 2018 - Multiplicity Version?

Hi. I noticed this sale on HumbleBundle;

https://www.humblebundle.com/software/stardock-software-bundle?hmb_source=navbar&hmb_medium=product_tile&hmb_campaign=tile_index_4

and was wondering what version of Multiplicity it is? Is it KVM or the base version?

https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/

Need to make sure its the version with remote lock and encryption.

Could you please clarify which version is in the sale bundle.

Thanks.

I have the same question since the description on Humble Bundle refers to 'stacking displays' and a 'virtual' environment, yet I found it difficult to believe Stardock would include the KVM in the bundle, given its price.

I'd like a clarification from Stardock itself, and an explanation as to why the language I referenced doesn't apply to the KVM version.  Also, I'd like to understand why Stardock doesn't make it clear the version that it is offering.  The fact that five devices are included in the offered license would also appear to indicate the KVM version.

It seems as though Stardock intentionally makes this vague to induce sales--to lead the buyer to assume he is getting the KVM version when he is not.  I know from experience that its very difficult to get a refund on these bundles sales.  Perhaps that's the strategy.

Hello,

Sorry to hear there was some confusion.

First off, point taken that someone with no knowledge of Multiplicity might be confused on what version does what.  However, we would wonder, with the research that you seem to have done

What in the description was explicitly deceptive exactly? We really want to know to improve it, truely.

It does apply to the KVM version - all those features mentioned in the description are part of KM, KVM, and KVM Pro.  But there is nothing, that we can see (again, we welcome your input here) that mentions any features explicit to KVM or KVM Pro.

If it's this:

Every other product has the same descriptors:

Why would you think that Multiplicity was somehow different here?

Again, we apologize for any confusion - it was not intentional nor out of willful neglect.  Our evidence of that is a 260+ word description of the features offered, a 33 second video, and that KM is the only version we offer on Steam.

If you have any other questions or concerns, I would be happy to address them.

Thank you for the feedback.

Hi. OP here, I am still confused. So can one of the Stardock sales staff please confirm which version is in the bundle.

Thanks.
