I have dual monitors with the taskbar on both monitors.  The Start10 menu works fine on one monitor but not the other.  On the secondary monitor clicking on the start button gives me the Start10 menu on that monitor.  On the main monitor, clicking the start button gives me the Windows10 regardless of how Control is configured in Start10.  Does anyone know how to fix this so I can have the Start10 menu when I click on either start button?  It was working fine before but I think a Windows 10 update screwed it up.
