explorer not working

HELP!

Just bought a license for object desktop. While exploring the products my windows froze and i can´t access much of my explorer. I´m afraid loosing some very important files that has no backup. Someone can guide me through this prob?

Hello,

Try rebooting. And please let us know. What is the spec if your system and what Windows version on it. And a list of programs it load upon booting. Thanks.

Hi. Even rebooting problem persists. I´m using win10. Chrome or edge runs just fine, I even can open settings but all my folders, well, how can I say, the computer like deconfigured everything. I can´t open menus with right click, i can´t find the close button on the windows, things are really really wierd, seems like windows is 'broken'. I start backuping my stuff now, but not sure how much compromised the system is.

btw I cant open task manager

 

I´m not sure wich product caused the malfunction. I've started personalizing my windows using shadow fx, deskscapes, etc. Seems like I messed up too much my windows capability of adapting to new configs. I think the most 'lag' I had using a tool was with Icon packager

May I know, which product in Object Desktop group that you are exploring causing your problem.
