On Windows 10 (1709 - 16299.309) using a 4K monitor with 200% DPI scaling, when I log onto my machine my fences all look like I expect. When I launch a game (Star Wars Battlefront 2 in this case), I believe there are some resolution changes over the course of starting and ending the game and when I return to my desktop, it looks like the size of each icon is correct, but the fence title bar font and bar size are at 100% scaling (smaller than before) and the spacing between the icons is much closer ... again guessing 100% scaling spacing.
I haven't found any way to change Fences to work (space and size things properly) other than logging off and logging back on. (Usually resets DPI applications to the desired scaling)
Any thoughts or ideas if this is a known bug and\or is there anyway to restart Fences without having to logoff?
Good - Properly sized and spaced.

Bad - Title bar is now 1/2 height, icons are properly sized, icon spacing is way too close and can not be changed without logging off.
