I paid via paypal and it had my old work email address on there. I did not know it would automatically sign me up under that email address and did not copy the keys on the initial purchase screen that came up after successful payment. I have since tried calling (why even have a phone number if there is no one to pick up if needed) and I have sent 2 helpdesk tickets for some software I purchased over 24 hours ago.
I would simply like to switch the email address on my account over to my gmail account (I've correct my paypal account) and get access to said software. Can someone please help me?
