i bought on friday Fences. I paid it, and they took the money and I have an order number. I didn't receive the activation code, yet.
How should I do to fix this problem? Is there an assistance service ?

Basically I have created this account after the purchase because i didn't need it before.
When I have bought fences I just put my email address, my details and i paid, that's that all. An account wasn't required.
So, i don't see my order here, but i have a receipt given by Stardocks and an order number.

I have just tried, but I received a warning "Account lookup failure"
