Diplo screen mouse-over pop-up when I try to trade with the Onxy or Slyne: "Currently trading with another player" - this message has been active for many turns.
Later, I get a pop-up message saying the Onyx leader is busy trading but wants to trade with me, should I decline or wait? If I say wait, this message and the ability to proceed in the game are stuck in an infinite loop. I eventually declined and the loop cleared.
