Those menus do paint using different methods but it would be most unusual for every skin to be using white text.  I would expect black to be the default.

What skin in particular are you using?  It is probably a skin author error in how they set colours which is resulting in white being used vs say black.

That skin does not have the menu system colour set to match the colour of the custom menu background skin.

By leaving it as grey but defining their menu text colours as white you end up with problems.

The fix is to adjust the system colour to an orange either using SkinStudio, or the colours feature in WindowBlinds.

If you are using WB 10.45 beta then you can set the setting on the WB settings page to use standard menus in explorer.  Setting this and signing out would make the desktop menu look like the normal ones.  The right click taskbar one will remain custom due to Microsoft intentionally designing the menu like that.

I get the same issue with alot of skins, is you want those RC menus to skin in WB add the dll to your startup.

IMO a huge QOL when using WB

I use the same menu tweaker, but you can have it run automatically at startup by creating a shortcut to the batch file on you desktop, then in your all programs menu right click on startup and open the folder and move that batch file shortcut from the desktop into the startup folder. Now every time you boot it will run automatically. 

Actually to change the right click menu text open SKS. Edit Controls/Edit Menus and menubars/Popup menus/menu item. Go to the bottom of this window click TEXT and change color to Black, click Apply.

The popup menu text is set to Black the above may have been missed, but should have been set to the same color.

If you want to actually change the menu color open the Change skin colors section in SKS. Change the "MENU" color.
