When creating a Custom Sovereign, you can select more than 4 Accessories. However, when you start a New Game w/ that Custom Sovereign, only 4 Accessories are in your inventory. Would be better to limit the selection to 4 Accessories to start w/ (or allow all the accessories to make it in-game; after all, points were spent selecting the accessories). Even better would be to link the maximum number of Accessories for Custom Sovereigns to the value MaxEquippedAccessoryCount found in ElementalDefs.xml
