Dear Stardock Team,
I wrote you already through the contact form on your website, via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and even phoned you right 5 minutes ago.
I bought 3x licenses Start10 for 2 customers with the guest version (without Stardock Account) at 27th december.
Stardock already draw the cash (credit card) but the customers (or myself) did not get an Email from the order and also no keys.

I paid with my own credit card.
But it seems both orders are lost?
Can you please help because I need the licenses for installation.
