Looks like I'm totally stuck and need support. My product key for order #3575177 is missing. I was charged for it, order is listed on Order History page as completed and product is present on My Downloads page, but key fields are empty in both downloadable receipt from Order History (file suspiciously called "Stardock Invoice 3565177.pdf", hinting on some possibly missing confirmation stage) and My Downloads page. Email address used during purchase was the same that is used on this account, which was created in advance, but no email with product key ever arrived either. I've filed support request (ticket ID: HZF-790-21739), but so far no response followed. Is there any way to get the missing key? Thanks in advance.
